My London based client is looking for a Voice Architect to join the voice engineering team. You will be taking responsibility of product evaluations, hardware and software, standard configuration and best practice guides, produce build documents, installation documents and handover processes to the Operations team.

6 Month contract with possible extension + excellent daily rate

- Session Border Controller (SBC) technology and key vendors - Sonus
- Minimum of 5 years voice engineering experience, having completed and passed CCNA Voice, CCNP voice certification. CCIE voice is preferred.
- Engineering experience of CUCM ver 7.x & 8.x and Cisco Unity 5.x and Unity Connection 8.x.
- Engineering experience of Avaya & Legacy Nortel Call Server and Contact Centre Platforms, CM/Elite, CS1k/CCMS/CCx, AACC
- Session Management and how this technology fits inside large enterprise Voice, Video, Unified Communications, Application Sequencing
- SIP protocol, SIP trunking and IP delivered PSTN services
- Enterprise security both internal and external, Extranet, multi-channel access, Firewalls
- Mobile technology both connectivity and devices
- Voice recording technologies and vendors (NICE & Verint preferred)
- Proven voice engineering skills within a large multi-site global financial environment, and has delivered major Unified Communications application based voice designs within the last 12 months.
