Description
We are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager for our global telecom client.
You will design and implement the timely delivery of contract management services across a portfolio of countries to maximise revenues and profitability.
You will negotiate contractual terms and conditions with partners across multiple territories that
(a) minimises liabilities and risk whilst
(b) delivering agreed priorities on time within a programme environment, and
(c) delights the internal and external customers
Requirement:
- 5+ years experience as a contract negotiator - ideally mobile telecoms and outsourced/managed services
- Experienced in negotiating complex contracts
- Commercially aware with proven business, contract, commercial and legal acumen with ability to analyse and evaluate implications and contractual risks of alternative supplier offers
- Detailed understanding of IT/Telecoms procurement, and knowledge of commercial, service and contractual best practice in IT/Telecoms procurement
