Configuration Manager

Description

Our client is looking for an configuration manager with at least 7 years experience building, maintaining and reporting on CMDB's in large and complex service management environments. You should be ITIL Foundation certified with a strong background in IT service management. You will need to demonstrate a high level of awareness of Configuration management and processes support. Additionally, you will need to have proven experience deploying standardized ITIL processes within large or medium sized environments. This is a large and complex global organisation, and many of your colleagues scattered around the globe, so you need to be able to work in a virtual environment and have strong communication skills. Additionally you need to be self supporting, able to work independently as well as able to build relationships and a strong network across the organisation. You will need to pro-active, have strong team building experience, embrace change and lead by example.
