My client is a well established and large corporate organisation in Manchester city centre.
We are currently looking for an Internal Head Hunter to join their team.
This is a pure head hunter role which will involve mapping out the market to identify potential talent and targets, actively making head hunt calls and tracking potential candidates.
As our successful head hunter you will have a recruitment background within a specialist sector (IT, Finance, Senior Pharmacists etc), along with proven success in recruiting for "hard to fill" roles.
This is for the pharma market.
This role is initially on a contract basis.
