Essential Skills required (as many from list below):
* The candidate should have more than 8-12 years experiences on thermal design of telecom equipment or equivalent and that this have given the candidate a thorough and deep understanding of cooling of electronics and a wide experience of CFD programs like : Ice Pack, Flotherm, etc
* Candidates should have an understanding of conceptual design of equipment and comparison of various thermal solutions in both the cost and the functionality perspective.
* For this position we value understanding of the 'platform, concept & product portfolio' discussions that take place during the initial phases of a product life cycle.
Our client is also setting up a more long term research oriented activity. Therefore they will also consider candidates with more research oriented background; maybe from corporate research organization or from the world of Universities (or from a combination of both). Most likely they have created several patents and have presented some papers at international conferences. They have a university degree, maybe a PhD. Our client want these individuals to define and drive technology studies with various universities throughout the world.
