We are currently looking to recruit a Global Business Expansion Analyst as part of our continued growth

Department
The Global Business Expansion (GBE) TaskForce is part of the Tools and Technologies department that is responsible for all aspects of Product Development Systems Engineering Tools and Technologies in the automotive industry. The role of the team is to support ongoing expansion of the business and enable the provision of engineering collaboration solutions using the product creation toolset.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with operational teams across all business functions to drive the generation of detailed transactional process maps and contribute to the creation of build pack to support the implementation of the Customer Contact and Communication Management project
* Work closely with Operational managers to lead, plan, develop and implement relevant plans, delivery programmes and reporting/analysis requirements in order to drive operational performance improvement
* Support the creation of a master schedule template for future Global Business Expansion (GBE) projects
* Develop processes and templates for determining Processes, Methods, Tools and Information (PMTI) landscape requirements to support all GBE initiatives
* Undertake GAP analysis on existing global company projects
* Set out the business support framework for PMTI solutions at GBE locations
* Design and develop internal communications and training plan
* Reporting on programme progress on a regular and ad-hoc basis whilst maintaining an overview of the main objectives and business benefits for each project
* Providing analysis and research that helps shape the thinking of key business stakeholders
* Business processes defined - the as is, the ideal process, and the target process we aim to get to at the end of a specific project
* Business process level definition and design - to help improve the performance of specific business processes and practices

Key deliverables are:-
* Creation of a business creation system (BCS) process detailed at Levels 0 to 4
* Development of a GBE Process, Methods, Tools and Information (PMTI) requirements definition process with an ongoing change management methods and procedures.

Skills, experience and qualifications required
* Proven track record in the analysis of complex structures and systems
* Evidence of ability to articulate business problems, set out business requirements and business process solutions at a detailed level
* Proven experience of support of engineering programmes with international elements, including establishment and maintenance of stakeholder relationships across all technical business areas, including evidence of persuasion and negotiation skills
* Clear experience of data sourcing, analysis and presentation with Excel (advanced), Powerpoint (medium) and Visio (medium)
* Evidence of active management of programme delivery against client requirements
* Documented facilitation skills are desirable
* Knowledge of ARIS is desirable
