Queue Writer
Introduction
The Twinscan Factory is responsible for the complete production of advanced Twinscan wafer scanners. The department Production Support (PS) is responsible for maintenance and improvement of the production process during volume production. This includes the installation and qualification process at the customer location. Production Support continuously adapts and optimizes the production and installation processes and provides support for the factory. Production Sequence Engineering (PSE) is part of PS and assures a correct sequence on the shop floor.
Job Mission
Flex queues' are used to automate the Testing of machines during production. A queue contains a set of individual tests that need to be executed in a predefined order. The function of a Queue Writer is to maintain and update these queues. Furthermore to analyse Queue performance data and propose and implement improvements.
Job Description
Write queues based in input from Manufacturing Engineers. Ensure availability and quality of correct queues for Test department at Manufacturing by generating queues Analyse queue performance in the factory, to ensure 100% queue quality. Write queue work instructions based on input from Manufacturing Engineers. Update queue work instructions for Test and ensure 100% correctness of these work instructions. Analyse Queue performance data, propose and implement improvements. After the learning period, 30% of the time you will be writing queues, 70% of the time you will be analysing and improving.
Education
Intermediate vocational level: MBO' with 2-4 years working experience or HBO' starter
Experience
Good computer skills (excel and SAP)
Good administration skills
Experience in a production environment with complex processes is a pre
Experience in the field of Technical Work Preparation is an advantage
Technical affinity must appear in education, work experience or hobbies.

Context of the position
The holder of this position reports to the Group leader Production Support - Production Sequence Engineering (PS-PSE).
