Volt is currently recruiting for a Customer Communications Lead to work for a global Technology company 3 days a week on a contract basic until 30th June 2013.
The purpose of this role is to create and implement a high impact, end-to-end Customer and Partner Experience Communications plan reaching both internal and external audiences.
Your mission is to consistently satisfy customers and partners with great experiences through our products and services, the way we listen and respond, and by making it simpler to do business with our company.
Key Accountabilities
-Develop key internal relationships across the CPE team, v-team community and the UK Sub, to ensure complete communication integration and cross-group alignment
-Continually add value to the CPE team/community and improve internal customer satisfaction
-Build excellent relationship with marketing agencies/vendor
-Ensure continuous improvement of CPE Communications through a targeted, integrated, relevant and effective marketing communications plan
-Supporting the team CPE Leads with reporting, some analysis and the uploading of key data to the CPE SharePoint
-Running the key CPE Awards programs end to end - including CPE Champs Awards and "Do The Right Thing"
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
-Has to be passionate about Customer & Partner Experience
-Strong Project management experience are essential
-Proven track record in marketing communications (internal and external), preferably within an large complex organisation, with strong track record of success
-Ability to write and create high impact internal and external communications (eg. website content, PowerPoint presentations, marketing collateral, reports etc)
-Experience of working with marketing agencies, developing briefs, managing the creative process whilst keeping to time and budget requirements
