Essential Responsibilities
- Utilising the company database as the primary source of data.
- Maintenance update of company database, relative to test issues.
- Technical investigation.
- Proficiency in company change procedures.
- Scoping and progressing long term solutions.
- Driving Test Corrective Actions to a conclusion.
- Drawing and documentation updates using various packages.
- Scoping work for outsource suppliers.
- Change management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proactive self starter.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Experience/knowledge of electrical and electronics hardware and software design activities.
- Understanding Calibration procedures and requirements.
- Electrical/Electronic qualification (minimum HNC or equivalent)
- Strong planning and task management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent in PC hardware/software systems inter-package manipulation.
- PC literate in all or any of the following:- Word and Excel, and understanding of propriety GE tools such as WDS, Oracle, CMIS, TipQA, GTX, Autocad and Adobe, would be advantageous.
