Description
Our client is looking to drastically increase its head count and therefore requires an interim Head of Recruitment to oversee the process for a period for at least 6 months.
Applicants will have the interpersonal skills to build internal relationships while maintaining a positive approach to pressurised recruitment under a stressful environment. A strong background in man management is essential for the successful completion of the contract while experience of working to Prince 2 would be of benefit.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the management of a high volume recruitment campaign within a project environment. Unfortunately we are not accepting general registrations from this vacancy.
