An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Finance Business Analyst to join our client, a leading bank based in Bristol
Key responsibilities of the Property Finance Business Analyst job will include:
-Support Subject Matter Experts from Property and Property Finance to manage change to systems and processes in Property as a result of the implementation of the new SAP ledger
-Represent Property Finance at project meetings with the project and in communication with external property suppliers.
-Ensure effective communication of change to the wider Property Finance team and key suppliers and update key business processes to reflect changes.
-Manage the data cleanse, verification and migration process for Property asset classes
-Support the data cleanse of Project Accounting data and the migration of Property project data to the new SAP system.
The ideal Property Finance Business Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Essential - Procure to Pay systems and processes, fixed asset accounting and systems
-Desirable - Fixed Assets system implementation, SAP (AP, GL or FA), Use of specialist Property Ledger, Analysis cleanse and migration of Finance data, Business analysis for Finance systems, Procure to Pay systems implementation, Finance Process review or process improvement
-Qualified Accountant or 10ys + relevant Finance experience (Finance systems administration, Finance systems implementation)
