Description
A leading Global Biopharmaceutical organisation currently requires an experienced Project Planner to be based in their facility in the UK. You will be working in part with their filling line reliability project; due to this a need the position has arisen for an experienced Planner to join the project team.Duties will involve:
-Responsible for Project Planning support to Project Manager.
-Project initiated to deliver sustained reliable operation for the integrated filling line and Freeze dryers so that it can deliver PV batches in Q4`2013.
-Relatively complex Microsoft Project Plan has been developed (1000+ lines) which needs maintaining.
-The programme is challenging and assumes a period of investigation & remediation work by the main vendors & the clients` team before completion of comprehensive integrated commissioning & qualification.
-A key component of the role will be to work with key project personnel to identify critical path / resource needs / earned value and assist Project Manager in daily / weekly progress tracking.
-The individual will need to facilitate progress tracking / PDR sessions and be comfortable in standing up and presenting status to senior management.
-This position will also include responsibility for generation of monthly cost report to facilitate end of month financial reporting. This will largely be updating costs of Project Team resources by processing Contractor time sheets & any vendor charges.
Skills/experience required:
-Strong planning experience within pharmaceutical new build or expansion projects
-Ability to manipulate systems to produce reports and provide data in packages such as Excel
-Ability to liaise with all stake holders
-Flexibility- due to the project time-lines a demands for additional hours may be required
-Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines within a project environment
