Service Order Entry Consultant/Data Entry Consultant (CCNA Certified)
I am after an individual with experience in data entry or as a service order entry consultant. They need a minimum of two years experience in the field with a positive attitude.
The individual will Work on requests submitted by sales and customers to initiate project cycle.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verify the details and engage stake holders and customer to obtain information
- Verify the Order entry system requirements to create the projects in different systems
- Generate project orders in various order entry systems and transcribe precise information
- Record all actions done for tracking purpose
- Notify stakeholders of project upon completion
- Attend and give inputs to stakeholder meetings relevant to projects undertaken
- Troubleshoot & resolve data transcription issues and raise supplementary orders based on work instructions
Skill required
Understanding of the following:
- MetroEthernet, ADSL, ATM, Ethernet, FrameRelay, Internet etc.
- Networking technologies ( IP Addressing, Routing, Switching etc) and their usage in both client and service provider networks
- Project cycle of various service requests and initiation process
- precise data entry skills
- Must be CCNA certified
