SAP JVA Support Analyst needed in Amsterdam/SAP JVA Support Analyst Amsterdam
SAP JVA/FICO/PRINCE/Amsterdam
Montreal Associates is currently looking for a Freelance SAP JVA Support Analyst for a project in Amsterdam. 12 month contract to start with but extensions are almost certain to follow.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced SAP JVA Support Analyst looking to increase their exposure to the following:
- Experience of providing first level support to SAP Core to deliver services to the business
- Ability to provide daily administrative system checks and reports
- Specialist in JVA and FiCo with a good understanding of the integration across PS, MM and PM
- Ability to work across all levels of the organisation with strong stakeholder management
- Strong and effective communicator
- Proven IT service management skills and experience gained within a large, complex organisation
- Hands-on background and appreciation of IT services and delivery to the business
- Experience in responding to unplanned interruptions in services, and resuming the services with minimum service outage
- Understanding and experience of working with other IT control frameworks eg COBIT, ITIL and methodologies/standards PRINCE program and project management etc.
- Understanding of performing investigations into service interruptions and providing support for resolution, to minimise service outage
