* SLA's harmonisation programme - ITIL Consultant.
On behalf of one of our customers, a world leader in their industry sector based in Paris, France, we are currently looking for an experienced consultant to join a strategic programme which aims to Implement simple, unified and consolidated SLA throughout the group and ensure clear communication to internal customers.
You will be in charge of simplifying and harmonising the communication of their existing SLAs through the service catalog, and ensure their SLAs are defined and measurable, including the role and responsibilities of the service owner
SLA for applications: define the right way to present the SLAs in the service catalogue Benchmark, Recommendations and Best practices in the industry
* SLA for applications: define the right way to present the SLAs in the service catalogue
* Benchmark, Recommendations and Best practices in the industry
* "As Is" analysis
* Workshops with different application representatives (global and regional)
* SAL for applications: support the collect of SLA for applications in APM (Application Portfolio Management)
* SLA for end-user services (PC, telephony, Network...): Gather existing SLAs and helping the teams to select common and relevant SLAs (end-user/business oriented)
* Service owner role implementation: Organise meetings with main service owners to secure their roles and responsibilities regarding SLAs.
We are looking for someone with good listening and diplomacy skills, strong leadership (you will be leading workshops with different audiences, to present these SLA's).
It is essential that you are familiar with ITIL methodology (a set of practices for IT service management), and have previously worked on the implementation of SLA's (service catalogues)
Please note that this is an English speaking project only. Any other European languages would be an added bonus. For logistical reasons, we will consider candidates based in Paris/Ile de France first.
This is a 2 months contract to start with, with possible extension thereafter (once the catalogue is implemented)
Face to face interviews are scheduled this coming Friday (October 26th).
