Security Operations Engineer jobs in Brussels, CISSP, Symantec SSIM

- Skills in French, Dutch and English.
- Proven experience in security operations, as well as working with SIEM tools (Symantec's SSIM in particular).
The program is aiming to create a baseline for a secure environment which can then be used for other secure implementations. The development environment features around 250 applications mainly based on Java and .NET (other specific packages are also in use). The Security Operations Engineer monitors critical security systems and infrastructure to identify issues and attacks, working with both security and governance teams to propose solutions to problems.
Applicants that have CISSP certification will be preferred, as will those with an understanding of risk management and typical incident response cycles. Network setup and application knowledge is desirable.
