A leading financial services company are looking for a Senior Brand Strategy Manager. As part of the Brand Portfolio Strategy team, you will help develop, define and manage our portfolio of leading brands within the organisation. It's an opportunity to shape the future of brand, strategy and portfolio management, and drive value for the organisation- from communications, to channel development and product design.
Working closely with a small team of Brand Strategy Managers, you'll share ideas and collaborate on brand strategy and positioning for all the brands in the portfolio, including some which operate within the same marketplace. As an active champion for the brands internally, you'll do more than define what our brands stand for. Providing expertise to Directors, Heads of Department and other senior stakeholders, you'll influence their decisions and drive the business to build individual products and customer experiences within the brand values. Leading the development and delivery of brand reports and presentations, you'll make Board level recommendations on key issues.
they client will expect you to have a deep understanding of what makes a brand great - and how to drive activities that achieve greatness. A thought leader, you'll have a proven track record in a strategic brand role, ideally within a multi-brand environment. A financial services background is not essential - fresh perspectives and innovative ideas are vital. the ideal candidate will have to demonstrate the ability to manage strong stakeholder relationships and influence at the highest level.
