The suitable Business Analyst will have the following experience.

* Skills in Process & business analysis, information/requirements gathering, facilitation with key stakeholders and users
* Writing functional specifications for developers
* Experience of developing high level solution designs, identifying and evaluating alternative solutions
* Able to clearly articulate problems and solutions to colleagues and stakeholders
* Able to collaborate with colleagues and be prepared to seek advice as well as offer it
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Strong data analysis skills
* Exposure to change control processes common in large organisations
