Ihre Aufgaben:
- Being in charge of all incoming requests. Responds to questions and enquiries from e.g. consumers and health care professionals
- Providing medical information following appropriate rules and regulations. Main focus will be on therapeutic area of virology
- Identification of adverse events
- Recording all medical requests in a database
- Literature research
- Updating of information material in collaboration with Medical Managers
- Compilation of medical information statistics
- Support of Medical Managers (preparation of advisory board meetings, KOL management and approval of promotional material)
Ihre Qualifikation
- Profound relevant experience in Medical information
- Health care experience
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
