Our large federal government client is currently seeking for an experienced Siebel Developer to be part of the development team and provide production support as well as deliver new projects/initiatives. You will be required to deliver ongoing program of work that include design, support, and maintenance projects.

This is a 12 month contract which will include 1x12 month extension option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis, Design, Build and Testing of Siebel enhancements including patch and release upgrades of Siebel.
  • Analysis, Design and development of Siebel workflows, interfaces, EAI, CTI, CRM and related components.
  • Analysis, Design and development of Business Intelligence - Publisher reports.
  • Analysis Design and development of Oracle Secure Enterprise Search functions.
  • Assistance with unit testing, defect analysis and resolution and support of integration, system, function and performance testing
  • Resolution of complex problems and constantly look to significantly improve processes and programs.

Selection Criteria:

  • Extensive experience with Siebel 8 design and development with an understanding/experience in upgrading to Siebel 8.
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of Siebel implementations in a large and complex multi-tiered multi-platform environment.
  • Proven experience with production of technical procedures, technical issues/risk and other technical documentation required to support the project and Siebel applications.
  • Proven experience in design, development and implementation in one or more of the following:
    • CTI Telephony Toolbar integration.
    • Business Intelligence (BI) - Publisher.
    • Oracle Secure Enterprise Search (OSES) implementation.
