Description:
The Service Delivery Manager works in the Workplace Management department. He/she is result driven, independent, people manager and multi tasker.
The Service Desk and 2nd line Workplace support are outsourced. The Service Delivery Manager will be focused towards the monitoring of this services.
He/she has the following responsibilities:
- Service Portfolio monitoring.
- Operational monitoring like
- Complaint follow up.
- Problem Management follow up.
- Quality Assurance of the service including
- User Satisfaction follow up.
- Continual Service Improvement follow up.
- Coordination of solutions.
- Getting things done from other parties.
Deliverables: User Satisfaction continuity & stability.
Qualification/Skills:
- ITIL
- Proven experience in Service delivery management/coordination
- Fluent in French & Dutch
