If the answer is yes, one of Australia's largest finance companies is looking for you...This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a multi-million dollar project working on the Future of Financial Advice (FoFA) Program, which is driven by legislation and:
- Introduces a best interests obligation;
- Introduces a product neutral charging regime removing Conflicted Remuneration; and
- Introduces new Fee Disclosure and Opt In requirements.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Manage infrastructure and implementation delivery, scheduling, planning & resource management
- Develop the overall implementation strategy for releases in alignment with the Enterprise Release
- Develop a detailed project implementation plan to incorporate technical, investment and business change related components associated with both implementations
- Guide the Program and Project Manager on implementation readiness
- Manage the overall project implementations by liaising with Enterprise Release Manager; Assets Team Release Manager
- Highlight all inter-project dependencies and risks within the project implementation plan
- Validation of the system integration and UAT test entry and exit criteria
- Work with and drive the infrastructure and implementation delivery tasks across inclusive of internal Asset Teams and external vendors
- Liaises with Environment Management across all the Assets and external vendor environments
- Vendor Management from the Implementation Perspective
- Coordinate and monitor infrastructure design through to build and implementation for all environments; Dev, Test, Prod, Pre-prod
- Technology Risks and Issues
You should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong Implementation Lead/Management skills gained whilst working for a Tier 1 consultancy or Wealth Management company
- At least 5 years of Implementation Lead/Management experience in delivering &end to end& projects including business and technology changes
- Implementation Management of multiple asset systems
- Project Implementation Planning/Scheduling Skills
- Manage shifting priorities and agendas
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to motivate others
- Experience with identifying risks & issues for mitigation and resolution purpose
- Upholding and demonstrating the Corporate Principles Compliance Standards
- Organised and ability to produce quality outputs
- Driven, motivated and innovative
- Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio
