RESOURCE MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING - ANDOVER
Urgent requirement for a Resource Manager to join a retail bank programme based in Andover on a large Divestment Programme. Candidates must have a strong background in financial services.
The client is looking for the following from candidates CV:
- Strong Resource Management skills.
- Strong experience and understanding of resource meetings, recruitment plans, creation of role specs and interview techniques.
- Proven experience in Financial Services and ideally Retail Banking.
- Experience in large scale programmes with focus on people management.
- Experience managing programme finances and people costs.
Location: Andover
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £320 per day
Start: ASAP
