Description
Our client is a multinational company with operations in Leixlip, Co Kildare. They currently have an opportunity for a developer to be part of a new development team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing new tools and applications for the company.
- Maintenance and upgrading of existing applications.
- Providing technical support.
Requirements:
- Be able to administrate production sites using PHP, MySQL, and Apache; think on his/her feet and isolate and resolve production issues quickly.
- Be familiar with relational databases especially MySQL and SQL server.
- Have a strong knowledge of Javascript (JQuery), CSS and HTML.
- Have 1-2 years of web programming experience.
- Have a B.Sc. in Computer Science or related discipline.
