Ihre Aufgaben:
- Coordinate and deploy changes and enhancements along business needs in alignment with the relevant stakeholders with focus on internal systems
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules of the system landscape and support IT projects with know-how in core components
- Coordinate with service providers and related tasks
- Solve system bottlenecks
- Support/consult internal implementation projects and internal customers
- Develop concepts and tools for problem prevention/avoidance and increased efficiency
