Job description/Overall position description with general areas of responsibility listed: Responsible for Envisioning and Development of Business Intelligence/Performance Management solution using SQL Server 2008R2 platform, SharePoint 2010, including dialogue and requirement specification/clarification with Business.
Specific Tasks to be performed during the engagement/Key Deliverables/Milestones: Responsible for Envisioning and Development of Business Intelligence/Performance Management solution using SQL Server 2008R2 platform, SharePoint 2010, including dialogue and requirement specification/clarification with Business.
Must have/mandatory skills:
Strong knowledge and understanding in the Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 Business Intelligence Development Studio
Very strong in complex calculations (SQL, MDX/DAX) and model building
5+ years' experience with SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and SharePoint
5+ years' experience with writing SQL and MDX
Experience architecting solutions with Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and architect solutions based on them.
Experience in documenting BI solutions
Ability to understand and envision the right BI solution based on Business requirements "
Years of specific Experience with reference to Mandatory skills: 5+
