Description
Avanti Recruitment are working exclusively with an IT consultancy whose end client is based in Luxembourg and they require an experienced IT project manager. You will be working on site for a Life Assurance company who are integrating a number of internal platforms.
This role requires someone with strong and up to date Life Assurance product knowledge specifically as well as experience of the processes used within these companies. The client will not look at candidates who have not worked in the sector previously and recently. It is also important that you are a client facing project manager who has worked on large scale IT platform implementations and ideally integrations. They are not looking for a particular methodology (ie PRINCE 2, PMP) but they will consider this experience useful.
This is initially a 3 month contract but the nature of the work means you should be kept busy for much longer than this. You will need to be based in Luxembourg full time during the week and the client is not paying any travel or accommodation costs so you should factor this into the rate offered.
