Experience Level: (Intermediate, 3 - 5 Years' Experience). 3-5 years of desktop support experience requited.
Candidate must be able to troubleshoot and work with the following:
Windows 7, MS Office 2010, SCCM, Active Directory, OSD Deployment. Experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair of desktop and laptop systems required. Candidate must be self-motivated and have exceptional customer service skills working in a VIP environment
