Description
We are looking for someone who:- Will also need to perform inventory on a regular basis and possibly travel as needed.
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, lift for long periods of time.
- Be able to lift at least 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
- Required to work on PC's and MAC's, AV, perform smart hands on Servers, perform remote support, and Telephony support.
- Overtime and weekends required.
- May require an associates degree in a related area or 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Exceptional customer relations skills required.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
