EDT have been asked to source an experienced SAP HCM Business Analyst for a global project role to be based out of Melbourne, Victoria.

The role will see you working in a challenging environment and being responsible for the deployment of recruitment, succession planning and compensation solutions.

The successful candidate will have:

At least 5+ years SAP HCM Consultant with end to end implementation experience in Compensation and Recruitment system solutions.
Able to perform end to end processes within SAP HR
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to challenge the status quo
Proven ability to engage and work closely with all levels of the organisation and project teams.
Substantial exposure to working with global template driven projects and onshore/offshore teams.

Some of the role responsibilities will be:

Gathering, analysis and documentation of requirements from the business
Provide process review and analysis from a technical perspective, gathering requirements and facilitating workshops
Engage external stakeholders and perform business analysis in order to define the "to be" HR level 4 processes.
Working across Compensation, Recruitment SAP Modules, Employee and Manager self service Portal.
Deliver work instruction documentation and conduct user training.
Lead testing, implementation and refinement of the processes in the respective area of HR implementation.

In addition to the above it's expected that you will have exceptional communication skills both written and oral and have a high level business acumen.
