Reporting to the Director of Workforce & OD, the successful candidate will be an experienced Workforce Planning professional or HR professional with substantial exposure to Workforce Planning.

Skilled in supporting QIPP and CIP related Workforce initiatives, you will be responsible for the following remit:
- Supporting and mentoring Divisional Managers in the facilitation of Workforce Planning
- Working with Executives, Directors and Clinicians to support the wider Trust business plan
- Planning and implementing annual business plan cycles
- Supporting the implementation of new, robust and fit for purpose Business units
- Work with Executives, Directors, Clinicians and Managers to develop future Workforce models
- Work with Managers to analyse, review current and plan future Workforce supply and strategy
- Be ready to roll up your sleeves and ensure people are involved and engaged in the end goals of the project

This role is paying a daily rate of circa £300 per day and interviews will be held in early November 2012 with a view to an immediate start.
