Description
A leading blue chip insurance organisation are currently undertaking a large transformation programme and as a result are looking for an Communications Executive to join their existing team.
The purpose of the role will be to:
* Develop an employee engagement strategy to support a UK wide transformation programme
* Understand the level and depth of the change being implemented
* Provide effective communication to the business regarding change
You will ideally come from a change management/project management background and have exposure to change within the insurance industry.
