Communications Training Analyst wanted - The Hague 12 months contract.

Location: The Hague
This role is for a Communications & Training Analyst.
This team is the response to the changes to the IT Organization to improve the ways of working and target some focus areas/workstreams to deliver this, supporting the organizations move upwards on the maturity curve.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating and delivering the content according to the change strategy & plan. Providing the means for the change agents to deliver. Arranging logistics. Running the communications & training plans. And delivering also where needed according to plan.
Soft Skills and Experience:
Strong communications skills. Eye for detail on grammar, storyline, consistency, professional content & delivery
Deep grasp that communication alone does not deliver adoption. The means, storyline, follow-up, measurements, understanding of behaviors and incentives are key
Experience with failures in communications and training. Understanding what works and what doesn't
Eye for detail. Will bring best practices as checklists to ensure completeness. To ensure the right questions are being asked. To be able to challenge.
Deep understanding of differences between design on paper and the real world
Deep experience with operating model design & implementation
Good understanding of impacts of process change. On people & tooling.
Drives for sustainable change. Thinks further than today. What is needed to sustain the changes.
