Description
My client, a nationwide commercial bank, have an urgent requirement for an experienced Reward Manager to join their team in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical Reward specialist with demonstrable experience of running projects end-to-end. You will be able to collate multiple sources of external market data and apply a strategic lens in recommending changes to be implemented.
Requirements
-Technical experience of modelling, using Excel and data manipulation are essential. A background in IT is desirable, but not essential.
-The successful candidate will be working within a small, friendly team for the duration of their assignment, and will benefit from excellent compensation and overall package.
