URGENT: MDM Specialist- 6 months, Brussels
To start ASAP
You will support and control the business project management activities around the creation, maintenance and governance of the companies corporate master data on a worldwide basis.
You will:
- Lead the project to satisfy the business objectives and delivering on time/on budget
- Promote and drive the implementation of the different MD initiatives in the organization
- Work with several stakeholders, help define the business needs, assist the company into translating these business needs into IS/IT requirements for the different projects.
- Define and drive the different projects in the MD area for the MD Manager.
- Organize the project work with the business organization and the business project team, consisting of business analysts, business consultants, subject matter experts, project champions, business representatives
- Organize and manage with a network of key users in the organization, the support of the day-to-day operations of the different processes for their respective MD applications.
- Create support documentation and give trainings to facilitate the changes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in MDM Governance processes and MDM solutions implementation
- Knowledge IBM Master Data Management tools
- Extensive knowledge of project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2)
- Broad knowledge of processes and IS solution implemented.
- Experience in Master Data techniques and tools (Oracle/SAP and Legacy non-SAP)
- Experience of reporting tools (Business Objects, SAP BW and BEx Analyser)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,)
- Good communication skills and leading capabilities
