Description
To be considered for the role you will need to have the following skills and experience
*Experience in New Product Introduction and/or experience as a cell leader.
*Knowledge of a diverse range of manufacturing processes and techniques.
*Experience with PFMEA
*Experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement.
*Knowledge and experience within a machine shop environment
*Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Competent in the use of the Microsoft Suite of programmes
The following skills and experience would be an advantage but not essential
*Project Management
*Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline
