Reward Manager/Reward Specialist/Compensation & Benefits/Stakeholder Management Skills/HR

Our client is a major broadcasting company seeking a Reward Manager to be based in west London for an initial 3 month contract with a view for extension offering up to £300-£350 per day.

You will provide leadership and management for designated projects to support the development, implementation and communication of the reward plans and policies. You will also provide the management to ensure the resolution of the day to day reward related requests and questions from line managers and HR from a designated business area(s).

Skills & Experience:

  • Min 5 years experience as a reward specialist with a min 2 years experience at the reward manager level, ie having the sole or lead responsibility for managing the reward service to a sizeable business unit(s) of a large corporate.
  • Experience across a range of compensation and benefits areas.
  • In depth experience knowledge and experience of 2 to 3 key reward areas.
  • Experience and skills in developing and managing relationships with line managers including senior executives. The abilities to be seen as a credible authority and to influence accordingly are very important.
  • Communication skills - verbal and written to ensure credibility.
  • Broader experience of HR outside of Reward.
