Reporting to the Director of Workforce, the successful candidate will be an experienced NHS Organisational Development professional with a proven track record of delivering complex change and re-organisation agendas in the NHS, preferably in an Acute Trust setting.

To be considered for this interim assignment, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Proven track record in OD and Service Redesign
- Experience in managing OD and Change in both clinical and non clinical environments
- Supporting key NHS agendas including "Moving Care closer to home"
- Supporting the formulation and implementation of integrated care services
- Reviewing current thinking and processes around joint and partnership working with Local Government
- Reviewing current Trust services and advising on whether services are fit for the future
- Working with regional Workforce Planning and OD groups to deliver key change
