You will work with a team from the EU ERP Delivery and Support to ensure that Systems implemented and maintained by the ERP team provide effective support to business operations in the region within Financial Business Management business area.

You w ill work with regional business leadership and business sustainment network to improve and support current and future business processes in the ERP space for the region.

You will cooperate with external partner working on managed services, assuring service levels are achieved and managing the demand and priorities.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Set up & maintain a clearly communicated application development and support strategy; as well as work with business stakeholders and consultants on new initiatives, roll-outs, and on-going system support activities
  • Pro-actively identify areas and processes for improvement to increase governance, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist Users in Requirement definition, translating requirements into conceptual design and mapping to-be processes onto a configured system
  • Maintain good System Documentation, and ensure ongoing GMP and Sarbanes-Oxley system compliance through proper Documentation and SOPs in a Pharmaceutical highly-regulated environment
  • Should be able to coordinate and work closely with other work streams like Order to Cash, Source to settle and Supply chain work streams
  • Co-ordinate with outsourced Support Vendors in an onsite/offshore environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs & KPIs
  • Lead an Onsite/Offshore Team to manage system improvements & roll-out projects
