One of our clients is starting a big project so we are currently searching for a a A process Assessor/Analist with EPM, Livelink and Sharepoing AND SAP processes and applications (glux - OS/suselux os). This role is all based in the South West of The Netherlands and have a duration of 6 months + extensions.

Responsible for: Analysing current processes and the changes which will have to be incorporated due to the new environment and application requirement.

Principle Job Duties and Responsibilities The expectation of the process assessor is to provide guidance in regard to ITIL processes and perform a gap analysis with regard to SAP MC requirements. Create new or redesign existing processes to meet SAP MC requirements, including Security & Compliance requirements.

Be able to engage effectively with a wide variety of individuals, both within a project team, and with various customer technical functions. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven capability to perform under tight deadlines and being able to withstand pressure. High level of motivation and passion about technology is a must.

Detailed Description Analyzing current processes Perform gap-analysis with regard to SAP MC requirements Create new or redesign existing processes to meet SAP MC requirements; as well as Security & Compliance requirements

Align and agree all processes with operations Coordinate functions to ensure processes are followed and executed Coordinate communication between the customer and the project and program resources. Efficiently and competently manage issues resolution, scope-creep, changed requirements etc. Participation in program and project team meetings Maintain positive relationships with all key customer interfaces and assist them with issues or concerns.

Skills and Training Experience with process analysis Experience with problem resolution General control integration ITILv3 certified Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Proven ability to work on under tight schedules and great pressure Strong cognitive skills Ability to work independently, take initiative and be flexible

Education and Experience IT. experience, Process analysis integration Minimum - Bachelors degree level education, more advanced education preferred (masters). Experience in working within a complex migration project environment
