Description
A Senior HR Advisor is required to cover a maternity for a leading organisation based in the City for a nine month period. Reporting in to the CEO, this is a standalone role which will suit a candidate who has worked alone in a HR position before.
The position requires the successful candidate to provide HR Advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.

-A good understanding of TUPE and manage due diligence and consultations during acquisitions

The candidate will be required to provide day to day Human Resources to managers within the business as well as leading on all aspects of recruitment. It is important that you will be able to maintain and update the HR and Payroll information systems.
It is desirable, but not essential; that the candidate will be CIPD qualified experience of working with a SME. The client has offices in London and four other locations across the UK so you will be required to travel when required.
