Who we’re looking for…
We are looking for you to engage in 2 – 3 strategy sessions for 9-hrs+/- (total) and potentially 2 – 3 review sessions for 6-hrs +/- (total). We’ll review the current app as it stands, the high level structural changes we are looking to implement and then work through the UI/UX changes required. Our developers will implement the vision and bring back the “draft” for review.
MyStrategicPlan is changing how companies create and execute strategic planning. To meet this change, we are doing a system overhaul from the ground up and as a part of that must bring our application UI/UX to the next level. We need a seasoned UI/UX pro to meet this challenge and be a zealous advocate for the end-user.
Your skills…
Ultimately we want someone who can work outside the typical UI design box as the changes we are looking to implement will require this. We’ll need to take complex concepts and design simplified experiences. Coming up with game-changing design and interaction should be something you’re not afraid of. Strategic planning can be difficult enough; we need the app to simplify the process.
Since we are embarking on a complete overhaul we need you to think strategically about the end of the line and help us create a seamless, efficient, understandable, and easy-to-use product experience.
We need someone that has been there and done that – either from an initial development standpoint or an overhaul of a major application.
It would be really helpful if you have some knowledge of business processes – such as strategic planning or project management, but that is not required.

We’ve got a great team for this project, but are missing you – an expert in UI/UX design. This will be a challenging project, but it should be fun and allow us to create something very cool together.
We’re not looking for a huge commitment in time. We’re looking for an expert willing to collaborate on a focused project and get this done.
