Local to the Chicago.
Major firm is seeking a Project Manager with Data cleansing and Master Data Management experience. Will be responsible for developing project plans, supporting estimates and handling end to end project management from scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment for highly visible.
The Project Manager will execute a data clean up strategy, process/methods, quality assurance/validation plans that address all aspects of cleansing, de-duping, updating, and validating master data that supports Human Resource business processes.
The Project Manager is also responsible for managing a detailed project plan to successfully clean up a specific data set.
This individual must be highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner and demonstrate exceptional leadership and people management skills.
The Project Manager proactively monitors and manages execution of tasks and creation of deliverables for the data clean up project(s).
Oversees and manages all aspects and phase of the project and is responsible for the initial analysis and development of a project plan that will meet the objectives, deliverables and functionality as defined in the data clean up charter.
The project manager is also expected to perform the following activities:
- Scope/cost/risk management
- Project communication
- Integrated project change control
- Schedule management
- Deliverable review
- Budget management
- Provides leadership and management of day-to-day activities of the project team
Required experience:
- 7-10 years with a consulting background, significant experience with data cleansing and/or master data management, Business Intelligence and process design is required.
