Position Overview:
Senior .NET Developer to work with Universal Music Group's Copyright/Royalties application development team. Selected candidate will develop applications in .NET and SQL Server. Requires experience with writing stored procedures, views, SSIS packages, proficiency with XML, WCF and interfacing with external systems. Entertainment, financial or royalty experience a plus. Position responsibilities will include hands on development, as well as interaction with the business or other IT groups.
Requirements
3+ Years experience C# and .NET Framework
4+ Years Object Oriented programming
4+ Years developing in MS SQL Server, TSQL, and Stored Procedures
.NET Web Services, WCF, Visual Studio .NET, Team Foundation Server & Winforms
Minimum 5 years IT Development experience
SQL Server 2008 - Table design, stored procedures design
Visual Studio 2012

o Entity Framework 4.1
o WCF services
Design data contracts
Uses EntityFrame (*.dll) work above
o Windows Service
Building XML Elements
Parsing XML files
Calling Services
Web/Internet, Intranet and/or Extranet development skills
Full project life cycle of development experience
Experience/Knowledge:
Music industry experience (Preferred but not required)
Copyright/Royalties experience (Preferred but not required)
GUI Design (Preferred but not required)
Education:
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, business or related field
Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree
