Job Description for the role of Tibco Consultant:
Be actively involved in a broad spectrum of activities including practice development, team participation, and relationship building.
Comprehensive knowledge of product development that includes system design, code development, system integration, testing, documentation, production environment deployment and maintenance
Should have exp in Hawk & Swift Adapter
Should have exp in with Financial Industry
Should have exp in TIBCO BW
Should have exp in Production Support
Be exceptionally knowledgeable about TIBCO products, their supporting technologies, and their product direction.
Possess a strong service orientation and finds challenge in problem solving complex situations.
Effectively communicate mutually agreed upon expectations.
Use good judgment when prioritizing goals.
Adapt to changing goals is constant but maintaining appropriate priorities in this climate is important.
Communicate challenges or risks proactively and appropriately.
Identify problems with recommendations for appropriate potential solutions in a wide variety of circumstances.
Perform complex event-driven infrastructure implementations.
Identify and apply appropriate tools and techniques in support of system development life cycle.
Identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions for companies in a wide variety of circumstances.
Assist in the definition of work objectives and desired outcomes to technical team.
Desired Skills & Experience for the role of Tibco Consultant:
The ideal Consultant candidate possesses the following skills:
TIBCO Certified Professional for TIBCO Business Studio AND/OR
TIBCO Certified Professional for TIBCO BusinessWorksT AND/OR
TIBCO Certified Professional for TIBCO Enterprise Message ServiceT AND/OR
TIBCO Certified SOA Architect AND/OR
Three to Five years of hands on relevant TIBCO technology experience
Ability to make appropriate project-level scoping and prioritization decisions
Ability to interact with project-level customer management
Proven team leadership skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the Windows platform, knowledge of UNIX and Linux operating systems, VMWare or other virtual operating systems a plus
Demonstrated proficiency with all programming languages "built into" TIBCO products, including, but not limited to BPMN, XPDL, XPATH and XML
Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity Distributed, event-driven computing
Familiarity with iterative development life cycle and methodology
Familiarity with application Servers, JSP and/or Servlets
Familiarity with Web Services concepts
Understanding of Network design and operation and performance tuning
