Description
Defines org-wide access control and security policiesDiagnose problems reported by users, collect reproduction step information, and escalate to appropriate Engineering resource
Act as the primary point of contact
Research, review, and recommend AppExchange apps and tools that automate recurring administration tasks
Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for database users, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions worldwide
Develop and communicate a schedule for future application releases/enhancements
Partner with the Security Team to implement audit logging controls and enforce password change policies
Assist users with report design and management
Participate in business process engineering and requirements gathering
Weekly reporting of adoption and support metrics/KPIs
BA/BS Degree, CS, MIS or technical degree preferred
4+ years professional experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
Exceptional analytic skills and conceptual thinking ability
Expertise with securing applications using profiles, groups, field level security, sharing rules, and permission sets
Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills to multiple departments and roles in the organization
Expertise with declarative configuration: Custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflow rules, reports, and dashboards
Experience using Salesforce APIs to access data
Proficient in data manipulation using Excel and Data Loader
