Description
My client- a Melbourne based, IT consulting firm - have a proven track record for delivering high levels of service & quality solutions to a range of corporate clients.
Due to a new business win, they have an immediate need for a Citrix Engineer, that is certified & highly- experienced with the Citrix suite of technologies, to work on client site and focus heavily on the delivery of Xenserver and XenApp; before eventually moving on to other projects.
The main focus of this role is systems design & implementation, using Citrix on a Windows platform. Other responsibilities will include client- facing work, liaising with internal managers & staff, plus training internal users in Citrix- specific skills.
You will have:
- At least 5 years relevant commercial experience;
- Strong Citrix farm engineering skills- up to XenApp;
- Extensive client- facing/consulting experience;
- Clear, confident communication skills;
- Strong analytical & problem- solving skills;
- Current Citrix certification - preferably CCEE.
Any networking and/or virtualisation experience would also be highly regarded.
