Role: Microsoft Exchange Consultant - 3rd Line Support Proposed start: early to mid December 2012 (NOTE: Selection and Interviews to take place early November)Availability requirement: Monday - Friday for 3-months to start - likely to be a long term engagement
Location: Brussels, Belgium - must be on client site daily (there is no possibility to work remotely)Customer Sector: GovernmentResponsible for:
o 3rd line support to the Email Support Team
o Ensuring that Exchange Servers are running optimally/monitored/managed
o Ensuring mail flow and manage GAL Sync between the Client and national sites Forests
o Provide assistance to local engineers on any exchange related projects
o Setting up all new Management Agents
o Assist with migration & implementation of Exchange
o Daily Operations of Directory setup for new organizations
o Monitoring Service Levels
o Level 3 Troubleshooting
