My client are a large International Professional Services firm with an ambitious growth plan and reputation for innovation and client service. They are looking to recruit an exceptional Business Development Manager to take responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of business development activity across offices within the North Region.
You will be instrumental in working with the regional marketing team and Partners to ensure they retain existing clients, maximise service delivery and increase fees by acquiring new clients of the right quality. Responsible for growing the firm's brand profile within this defined target market. Design and delivery of a comprehensive and innovative marketing strategy, including all elements of the marketing mix, in particular new media, supporting growth. Working with senior partners to coach and develop market areas.
The successful candidate will be a marketing professional with marketing and business development experience, particularly in targeting new business and proposal project management
Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of the business development process, within a professional services environment is essential (Law, Accountancy).
