A leading Broadcaster are looking for 3 x Senior Creative's to join its team of Creative's and Designers. You will be required to work on brand and promotional activity in any media (TV, Digital, Print)

The Senior Creative will understand the importance of great ideas, strategic thinking, audience and cut through, whilst pushing the boundaries of what they can do, and promote industry leading practice for all aspects of their work.

Team Skills

To ensure that campaigns and creative are original, effective and made to the highest possible creative standards. To embrace creative risk taking, innovation and new ways of working. To ensure output is high quality, on brand, meets objectives and conforms to the brief's requirements. A thorough understanding of company brand guidelines. To ensure that all output is editorially accurate and works to company compliance and Ofcom guidelines. To ensure that all activity is technically compliant. To work closely with the support functions in Production & Operations, Project Management, Digital and Strategy. To work with other internal teams to generate ideas and concepts for internal & external pitches and proposals. Practice outstanding quality control over concepts and projects Demonstrate a good understanding of social trends and how to effectively integrate them into creative and design solutions Understand business objectives/requirements. To deliver great pitches that are on brief first time and have been accurately budgeted.

Creativity

To create complex, innovative and effective creative, promotional and communication campaigns. To create ideas that can be taken through the line in a print, digital and TV context as and when required. Must have experience in working in a 360 environment. To generate and present a number of ideas/concepts for any project. To work to formal/informal creative briefs and ensure material is highly targeted and meets agreed objectives. To ensure that all creative work, across different platforms, is aligned with the product, programme or brand's strategic vision; and to find innovative ways of driving forward that vision.


Production Skills

To originate promotional material by directing and/or producing studio or location shoots. To research / select / edit together the most appropriate footage, to produce effective promotions, using self-op technology as directed. To write effective copy, for any media/platform (and direct voice-over artists/presenters where appropriate).
